Common fixes

The install is blocked

Android only installs apps from outside the Play Store after you allow it once. When it asks, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source and go back. If Play Protect warns about an unknown developer, tap More details, then Install anyway. The full steps are on Get the app.

"Can't reach the Arbitrage Pro server"

Your phone isn't online, or the signal is too weak. Try again on Wi-Fi or where you have a few bars.

A scan didn't work

The app says why and returns the credits for any scan that fails. If it says a photo couldn't be read, retake it in better light and fill the frame with the item.

A link didn't work

Some sites only show listings to signed-in visitors. The app opens those in its own browser: log in there once and tap Use this listing. If a site still won't cooperate, take screenshots of the listing and share them to Arbitrage Pro.

I ran out of credits

Ask the person who invited you to raise your limit.

Delete my account

Ask us and we'll delete your account and its scan records from our server. Items saved on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app.
