The short version: Arbitrage Pro gives you research, not guarantees. Values are AI estimates from public sales data. Check anything important yourself, especially authenticity, before you buy, and the buying decisions are yours.

These terms are between you and Kerr International ("we", "us") and cover the Arbitrage Pro app, its server and this website. By using Arbitrage Pro you agree to them.

Estimates, not appraisals

  • Identifications, values, fees, selling times and listing text are estimates produced by AI from your photos and public information. They can be wrong.
  • Arbitrage Pro doesn't authenticate items and isn't a certified appraisal, grading or legal opinion. For valuable items, get one from a qualified professional.
  • Selling fees and site rules change. Check each selling site's current fees and policies before you list.

Your account

  • Accounts are by invitation. Keep your invite code to yourself. Anyone with it can use your credits.
  • Credits are used as described in the app. Credits for scans that fail are returned automatically.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

Using it fairly

  • Use Arbitrage Pro only for lawful purposes, and only with photos and listings you have the right to use.
  • Don't use it to research stolen goods, items you can't legally own or sell, or to mislead buyers.
  • When you open selling sites in the app's browser, their own terms apply to you.
  • Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

Your photos, notes and reports are yours. You let us process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Testing versions

Arbitrage Pro is in testing. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

No warranty

Arbitrage Pro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of any value or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from buying, selling or not buying an item based on Arbitrage Pro, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
